Stuart Pill is an expert in workplace relations and safety law and has particular experience in employment litigation, enterprise bargaining strategy, workplace change projects and WHS.

For 25 years, Stuart has provided strategic and day-to-day advice to private and public sector clients across a range of industries and particularly in higher education.

He has advised and appeared in most of the significant higher education cases over that time including challenges to extend the general staff classification structures, previous casuals claims, the making of the higher education awards, recent award reviews and applications to terminate industrial action.
